Strange, very, very, strange reporting and we can read in the not so “independent” Independent that “World leaders tonight called on President Bashar Assad to stop the massacre of civilians in Syria’s second city.” However, on reading the article we sort of discover that the “World leaders” are UN General Secretary Ban Ki Moon and British Foreign Secretary, William Hague.
Anyway there we have them side by side and it doesn’t even dawn on the “seriously concerned by the escalating violence in Aleppo” that it might just be that the British Foreign Secretary, who is standing beside him, is “seriously” aiding and abetting that “escalating violence in Aleppo” by his saying that “the worsening civil war could see the UK offer more help to rebel fighters battling to topple the regime.”
Might there really be a case for the impeachment of Ban Ki Moon, as Webster G. Tarpley suggests? Could it be that this “World leader” is in fact a cloned William Hague? Still, perhaps I am being too harsh on Ban Ki Moon and “oor Wullie” and I have just noticed that they are not on their own after all and there in the very same article is David Cameron urging the Syrian regime to “stop what it is doing”.
