Of course, the comments regarding the BBC in today’s early post can, as was indicated by the reference to FOX and CNN, be extended to the mainstream media as a whole and in today’s “Guardian’ we can read Tzipi Livni will be re-entering the political arena in the oxymoron ““Jewish democracy”.
Her new party we are informed will be called the Movement and Tzipi tells us that she “came to fight for peace … and I won’t allow anyone to turn peace into a bad word.” Of course, these is Tzipi’s own drivel and, therefore, it can be easily understood as just another level of hypocrisy which she and the other Zionist leaders are capable of. However, when the ‘Guardian’ publishes verbatim the whole of an ‘AP’ report, which goes on to state that “during her term as foreign minister, Livni forged a strong relationship with her American counterpart, Condoleezza Rice, as well as the Palestinians,” we might be forgiven for vomiting.
Did a British court not issue an arrest warrant for war crimes she committed in Gaza in 2009? Did she not play a key role in decisions made before and during Operation Castled which led to some 1,400 Palestinian men, women and children being slaughtered? Of course, with the British government bending to Zionist pressure and amending a universal jurisdiction law that allowed arrest warrants to be issued against Israeli officials for war crimes, that is all yesterday’s news and all of a sudden we have Tzipi as a woman of peace. Or that at least is what this disgustingly lazy, disgustingly nonsensical piece of journalism would have us believe.
